THE KUT STUDIOS

  • Please help us keep the studio clean. All machines must be turned off after use, floor swept and all tools returned to their respective containers.

  • Do not leave your belonging on sewing machines or cutting tables unattended for more than 30 minutes. It may be moved and any missed items will not be the responsibility of The Kut Studios.

  • If The Kut Studios is at full capacity, please be patient and courteous in sharing the cutting tables and sewing machines.

  • Please allow cutting tables for cutting purposes only.

  • Music must be kept at a minimum volume. Please be courteous and check with others in the studio.

  • If you are the last person to use The Kut Studios, please securely lock the door upon exit by closing the door and pressing the lock button in the center of the keypad.

  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the customer and their guests and should not be left unattended. The Kut Studios does not accept any responsibility for loss, stolen, or damaged belongings while on The Kut Studios premises.

  • The Kut Studios accepts no liability for any accident, injury or misadventure caused by any person while using the studio and its equipment.

  • Surveillance cameras are recording 24/7. Any illegal activity and/or theft will be reported to police and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

 

EQUIPMENT

  • Do not use a sewing machine or other equipment if you are unsure how to use it. Please ask a studio associate for assistance.

  • All machines are on first come first serve basis. If someone is waiting for a machine, please be courteous and respect 1-hour time limit.

  • Please report to a studio associate if any tool or machine is not working before attempting to fix it.

  • No equipment or tools are allowed to be removed from The Kut Studios.

 

AMENITIES

  • Do not eat or drink on cutting tables or sewing machines. Any leftover food or drinks will be discarded by end of day without notice.

  • Coffee machine and microwave: Please keep the coffee machine and microwave clean after each use. Through away coffee pods, sugar wrappers and creamer cups in the trash. Wipe the inside of the microwave after each use.

  • No smoking on The Kut Studios premises or inside building. You can smoke outside.

  • All fabric and notion bins marked "The Kut Studios" are available for use. Please only use what is needed. Do not take more than you need as this is a complimentary amenity available for everyone.

 

PASS HOLDER GUESTS

  • Pass holders are allowed to bring 1 guest for 2 hours max per visit per day.

  • Guests are not allowed to use any equipment or tools. If your guest uses any of the machines or tools, the pass holder will automatically be charged a day rate of $75.

  • No children under 7 years old are allowed in studio without a parent or guardian.

 

Any violations to the rules set above will result in immediate termination of booking without refund and additional fees may be required.
